关于高校新生管理的若干思考

班主任是高等学校教师队伍的重要组成部分,是班级的直接领导者、组织者、管理者和德育工作的实施者。刚从高中升入大学的大一新生,有着不同的思维习惯、学习方法和生活习惯,且正处于青少年向成人的转变时期。这些特点都决定了新生班主任工作有着很强的特殊性,同时也对班主任工作提出了新的更高的要求。

Reflections on the Management of College Freshmen

Head teachers play an important role among the teaching staff of colleges and universities.They are not only the immediate leader,the organizer,and the administrator of a class,but also the direct implementer who carries out the work of moral teaching.Freshmen students who have just graduated from high schools and are turning into grownups from adolescents differ greatly from each other with respect of daily habits and ways of thinking and learning.As a result,the work of head teachers of freshmen classes can be something with its own unique characteristics and highly challenging in the meanwhile.In this article,the author takes into consideration of the characteristics of freshmen students and makes the proposition that head teachers shall adopt specific and pertinent methods for the education and instruction of the freshmen students and for their services,so that they can be acclimated to the new environment and build a solid foundation for their further study and living in the campus.
