考虑政府补贴的差异定价闭环供应链及契约协调机制研究

研究政府分别补贴制造商(GM模式)和零售商(GR模式)的闭环供应链差别定价和协调决策问题,建立集中式和分散式决策差别定价闭环供应链模型.结果表明:在GR模式下,制造商会通过提高再制品的批发价格分享GR模式的补贴红利;政府从资源节约、环境保护的有效性以及使消费者受益和闭环供应链收益最大化的角度出发,GM模式是最佳选择.针对分散式闭环供应链的"双重边际效应",构建两种契约协调模型——收益共享模型和数量折扣模型,通过确定两种契约协调机制下的契约比例范围,实现分散式闭环供应链的协调.

Research on Differential Pricing of Closed-Loop Supply Chain and Contract Coordination Mechanism Under the Government Subsidy

This paper studies the decision-making and coordination mechanism of closed-loop supply chain of government subsidies manufacture(GM mode)and subsidies retailer(GR mode)respectively based on different government subsidy policies.The centralized closed-loop supply chain model and decentralized closed-loop supply chain models under the differential pricing are established.The results indict that the manufacture, in order to share the government subsidies retailer's dividend,will increase the re-manufactured wholesale price under the GR mode;from the government point of view of resource conservation,environment protection and maximizing the benefits of consumers and closed-loop supply chain,the GM mode is the best choice.To solve the "double marginalization effect" problem of decentralized closed-loop supply chain,the quantity-discount contract and revenue-sharing contract are constructed.And finally, the coordination of decentralized closed-loop supply chain is realized by the range of two contracts proportion ensured.
