中国共产党执政方略的历史实践及启示

The Historical Practice and Its revelation of CPC's Governing Strategy

What we called governing strategy means the party's big policy making and its various developing strategies,which experienced an everlasting process of self-perfecting and creating during the eighty five years of the CPC's history.As the country's highest yet basic governing plan,we hold that the party's governing strategy consists of three levels: firstly,it must insist on Marxism to comprehend the developing trend of time,and see clearly the party's historical status based on China's own condition;secondly,it must insist on governing for public and people;and finally,it must correctly sum up experiences in its governing history,and keep the step with time in elevated spirits.
