摘    要:
实施素质教育,依然要坚持以课堂教学为中心,依然要以努力提高课堂教学效益为学校工作的主旋律。因此,提高学科课堂教学效益的意义在于:在教学时间一定的条件下,出色地达到或超越教学大纲所规定的教的目标与学的目标的实现度,从而促进全体学生的基本素质的全面发展。从教育思想建设的高度重视课堂教学效益,重视教学过程中师生关系的协调配合,切实加强教学时间管理,面向未来组织和实施教学,是提高课堂效益的基本策略

Abstract:
Quality education is based upon classroom teaching. With the teaching and learning goals of classroom teaching excellently achieved, students' basic qualities can be improved in an all round way. To improve classroom teaching, we should emphasize the teaching effect from the high lane of educational thought, attach great importance to the coordination and cooperation between the students and the teachers and strengthen the administration of teaching time. Besides, teaching should be geared to the future.
