摘    要:随着知识经济时代的到来,知识被赋予了崇高的地位和角色.但是,在教育领域,教育理论与实践的分离严重制约着教育学知识的创生、转化与传播.“UDS合作实践共同体”是由U大学(University),D地区(District)和S学校(School),三方成员构成的合作实践共同体.它从一定程度上改变和弥补了传统研究(Research)—开发(Development)-普及(Diffusion)模式的不足,成为一种促进知识创生与实践转化的新机制.

Abstract:Knowledge has been given high status and played important roles with the coming of the economic era.However,the separation between the educational theory and practice sincerely constrains the creation,transformation and dissemination of the knowledge.The UDS Community of Practice Collaboration is constituted three parts: University,District and School.To some extent,the UDS Community of Practice Collaboration changes and makes up the deficiencies of the traditional research model of Research-Development-Diffusion,becoming a new mechanism which promotes knowledge creation and practice transformation.
