| 摘 要： | 中国特色社会管理体系主要由价值分体系、规则分体系、组织分体系、方法分体系、评价分体系构成,中国特色社会主义是中国特色社会管理体系的根本基础。中国特色社会管理体系具有人本性、开放性、能动性、科学性、系统性特征。中国特色社会管理的体系改进的重点是要加强对体系的元治理,推动智慧驱动型社会管理体系建设、不断提高对"输入—输出"模式的管理能力。

| Abstract: | Chinese-style social management system is made up of value sub-system,rule sub-system,organization sub-system,method sub-system and evaluation sub-system.Socialism with Chinese characteristics is the base of Chinese-style social management system.Chinese-style social management system has feature of naturity,openity,motility,scientificalness and systematicness.The key improvement of Chinese-style social management system is strengthening the basic-governance,inproving the building of wisdom-driven social management system and enhancing the ability of controlling the "input-output" model. |
