熔渗反应法制备金刚石/SiC复合材料

摘    要:为制备金刚石/SiC复合材料,采用熔渗反应法,在真空环境和烧结温度为1500 -1 600℃的条件下进行制备。 分析了复合材料的致密度、硬度和在不同温度下的干摩擦磨损性能。结果表明,熔渗反应工艺制备的复合材料致密度 高,烧结温度为l 550℃时得到的复合材料的硬度最高。反应烧结金刚石/SiC复合材料常温下的耐磨损性较好,但600 ℃下的磨损性能显著恶化

Abstract:The diamond / SiC composites were prepared by infiltration reaction method and sintered in a vacuum environment temperature at I 500 - 1 600 cC . Density, hardness and wear properties at different temperatures of composite were analyzed and measured. The results show that the high density composite materials were made by the process of infiltrated reaction. Maximum hardness of the composite material was obtained when the sintering temperature is I 550 0C . Wear resistance of the composites is good at room temperature. but it becomes worse at 600 cC .
