摘    要:边境地区因地制宜地推进城镇化,具有"富民、兴边、强国、睦邻"的重大现实意义。迅速兴起的互市贸易、口岸经济、跨境经济表明,以边境口岸辐射城镇化可以促使生产要素整合和人口转移,形成人口规模聚集,培育互市型、口岸型和跨境经济合作型城镇,呈现三个层次的沿边发展模式体系。西南边境地区应当挖掘各自的优势,促进各种要素的合理流动和高效聚集,形成优势互补,从而推进西南边境地区的综合发展。

Abstract:To govern a country,we must govern and stabilize the borders.The southwest border area(only involves Yunnan and Guangxi)is characterized by scattered population,complex topography,special regional conditions and frequent natural disasters.It is of great practical significance to promote urbanization in accordance with local conditions for"enriching the people,revitalizing the border,strengthening the country and making good neighborhoods".The rapid rise of border market trade,port economy and cross-border economy show that radiating urbanization with border port can achieve the integration of production factors,population transfer,and the formation of population scale aggregation,and cultivate the border,port and cross-border economic cooperation towns,presenting three-level border development model system.The development model of southwest border should explore their respective advantages,promote the reasonable flow and efficient aggregation of various elements,form complementary advantages,and promote the comprehensive development of border area.
