论陆地边境口岸在陆疆乡村振兴中的作用

中国陆疆大多数边境口岸坐落在乡镇和村庄,陆地边境口岸在陆疆乡村振兴中的作用不容忽视。边境口岸发挥着交通枢纽和资源运输作用、传统和现代产业支撑作用、文化作用、安全保障作用等。但陆地边境口岸本身存在一些问题,诸如口岸开放程度有限、口岸经济仍然依靠传统的地理优势、口岸村庄和牧场持续空巢化,以及中国与周边国家关系等影响边境口岸发挥带动边疆乡村振兴的作用。加快口岸开放力度、促进口岸经济转变、发展口岸特色产业、与周边国家保持良好关系,势在必行。边境口岸可以起到以点带面、促进边境安全与边疆发展的作用。

Role of Land Frontier Ports in the Revitalization of Inland Rural Areas

Most border ports in China’s land borders are located in towns and villages.The role of land border ports in the revitalization of land border villages cannot be ignored.Border ports play a role as transportation hubs and resource transportation,traditional and modern industry support,culture,security and so on.However,there are some problems in the land border ports themselves,such as the limited opening of the ports,the port economy still relying on traditional geographical advantages,the continuous empty nesting of port villages and pastures,and the relationship between China and neighboring countries.It is imperative to accelerate the opening of ports,promote port economic transformation,develop port-specific industries,and maintain good relations with neighboring countries.Border ports can play the role of promoting the security of borders and the development of border areas with points and areas.
