风险社会理论视角下和谐社会的构建

西方风险社会理论对分析和应对我国经济社会结构转型时期和谐社会的构建所遭遇的风险具有很大的启发性。转型期和谐社会的构建面临着许多风险,突出表现在:贫富差距拉大、就业压力增加、社会风气及社会治安恶化、群体性事件和各种安全事故增多等。应对转型期的社会风险,构建和谐社会,必须建立健全利益协调机制;加强社会管理和建设;正确处理人民内部矛盾;改进思想政治工作;统筹人与自然的和谐发展;对社会风险实施控制与管理。

Construction of Harmonious Society from the Perspective of the Risk-Society Theory

The risk-society theory is helpful to coping with many social risks during the construction of harmonious society in the time of social transformation.The risks manifest themselves in the widening income gap,increasing pressure on employment,deteriorating public security,rising group incidents and production accidents.To reduce such risks,we should establish an effective coordination system to balance interests of different social groups,strengthen social administration,appropriately solve the contradictions among the people,improve social harmony and promote harmonious development.In conclusion,we need to manage social risks and put them under effective control.
