| 摘 要： | 运用文化学和高等教育理论,就时代的文化战略特征和中共党的十七大提出的“提高国家文化软实力”的战略目标,以及大学在提高文化软实力中的责任与地位进行分析,抽绎出了一个大学学术文化力的全新概念和命题,提出,高校作为发展国家文化软实力的主力军,应根据自身特点科学地制定发展文化软实力的战略。

| Abstract: | By using cultural studies and higher pedagogy theory,this paper attempts to analyze undergraduates' responsibility and role in enhancing cultural soft power and the characteristics of cultural strategies and the strategy objective of improving the national cultural soft power put forward in the 17th CPC National Congress.What is then organized is a new concept of college cultural power.It is proposed that colleges and universities that play an important part in developing national cultural soft power should draw up strategies as to developing cultural soft power. |
