论以人为本思想在社会主义建设中的价值导向作用

共产主义社会是“以每个人的全面而自由的发展为基本原则的社会形式”，“促进人的全面发展是社会主义的本质要求”。因此以人为本应在社会主义建设中发挥价值导向的作用，这种导向作用主要体现于：从人出发定位社会主义初级阶段的主要矛盾和中心任务，认定社会主义的本质要求，规定中国共产党的宗旨和奋斗目标，审视中国社会发展过程中存在的问题及制定社会发展战略和各项方针政策。

The communist society is the social form which takes each person comprehensive and the free development as its basic principle,and also the social essence requests which promotes person's over-all development.Therefore humanist should display the value guidance in the socialist construction the function.This kind of guidance function mainly manifests in following facts.It is the main contradiction and the central task which orient the socialism initial stage from the human.It's to recognize the essence requests of the socialism,and to stipulate Communist Party of China's objective and the goal,and to examine carefully the question existing in China social development process and formulate the social development strategies and each general and specific policy.
