| 摘 要： | 利用2001—2012年青岛市科技创新与金融支持的相关数据进行实证研究发现,青岛市金融发展规模和金融效率与科技创新显著正相关,金融对科技创新的支持作用明显。在实证分析结果的基础上,从商业银行信贷、提高直接融资比重、政策性科技融资担保、科技保险等方面提出了金融支持科技创新的政策建议。

| Abstract: | The article has explored the relationship between ifnancial support and scientiifc and technological innovation by taking the relevant data from 2001 to 2012 of Qingdao, then pointed out that there is signiifcant positive correlation of Qingdao＇s ifnancial development scale and scientiifc and technological innovation in which ifnance play important role signiifcantly. On the basis, the article gives policies and measures of ifnancial support for scientiifc and technological innovation from the credit of commercial banks, improvement of direct financing, the policy financing guarantee and insurance services of science and technology. |
