| 摘 要： | 党的十八届三中全会全面具象地深化了党的十八大对生态文明的定位,根本性地开启了生态文明新时代的行动。全会关于生态文明的制度设计,赋予贵州生态文明先行区建设更明确的使命和更广阔的空间。贵州要借此机会全面、准确推进生态文明制度建设,为打造生态文明先行区提供强有力的制度保障。

| Abstract: | The Third Plenary Session of the 18th National Congress of the CPC Central Committee has fully and concretely deepened the location of ecological civilization for the development of China, which has substan- tially opened a new era of ecological civilization action. The system design of ecological civilization at The Third Plenary Session of the 18th National Congress of the CPC Central Committee has given clearer mission and broa- der space to Guizhou in the construction of the first area of ecological civilization. Guizhou should take this op- portunity to promote the system construction of ecological civilization comprehensively and accurately so as to pro- vide a strong system to guarantee the construction of the first area of ecological civilization. |
