| 摘 要： | 《孟子·尽心上》中"万物皆备于我矣"一句,历来或被恶意曲解,或被不自觉误读。《孟子》中,"万物皆备于我矣"下连接"反身而诚,乐莫大焉。强恕而行,求仁莫近焉",它讲的并非物我关系、思维与存在关系、意识与物质关系等哲学根本问题,而是讲人身具备万物所有的优越条件能通过思想意识修养进而达到更高一层(仁)的精神境界问题。该句不能解释为"天下万事万物都在我心中具备",也不能据此一语而给孟子冠以哲学上主观唯心主义等具贬义之词。

| Abstract: | ＂All things are already complete in us＂ said by Mencius has always been misinterpreted intentionally or unintentionally. What it deals with is not a fundamental philosophical question like the relationship between things and me, thinking and existence, and consciousness and matter. Its original meaning is that I have absorbed the virtues of all things so as to raise my self-cultivation to a new level. Mencius cannot be labeled as an idealist by explaining this quotation in other ways. |
