| 摘 要： | 从观念、体制、待遇、财政四个方面分析了河北省大学生新农村就业的制约因素，阐述了在新农村建设的初始阶段大学生就业方式多样化的必要性和可行性。着重对多样化就业的具体形式进行了探讨，提出了鼓励创业性就业、吸引志愿者服务、开展各种形式联合共建等五种建议。

| Abstract: | From the four aspects such as concepts, system, treatment, and finance, the article analyzed The factors which restrict college students＇ employment in new rural areas of H ebei province, illustrated the necessity and feasibility of the variety of students＇way of employment at the initial stage of the construction of a new countryside. It especially discussed the specific various employment forms, and put forward five types of em- ployment, such as encouraging innovative employment, attracting voluntary service, carrying out various forms of combined construction, etc. |
