城市化进程中完善农村职业教育的对策

The problem is the issue of vocational education in rural areas, The upgrading of human capital is basis of the process of urbanization. So the vocational education in rural areas of which purpose is mainly training vocational skills plays a vital role. The purpose of the article is how to improve vocational education in rural areas. The author discusses the important role of the vocational education for the urbanization, analyzes the existing prob- lems in China＇s rural vocational education, and then proposes measures to improve the problems. We should clear guiding ideology, strengthen the assistance from the Government and protection of the law, strengthen the construction of teaching staff, and achieve the diversification of the development of the vocational education in rural areas.
