关于中国速记人才培养问题的思考

以亚伟速记为代表的中国速记从20世纪90年代以来发展迅速，速记工作作为一种职业进一步得到了广泛的社会认可。目前社会上出现了速记人才供不应求的情况。对当前速记人才培养方面存在的问题进行了探讨，在此基础上提出了速记人才应具备良好的心理素质、多学科知识、丰富的社会生活阅历等，并对如何培养高质量的速记人才提出了可行性建议，认为速记人才的培养要靠速记人员和有关教育管理机构的共同努力。

Consideration on the Training Personnel of the Chinese Stenography

Chinese stenography, represented by Yawei stenography, has been developing fast since the 1990＇s. As a profession, stenography has received further social recognition. At present, there exists a short supply of stenography talents in the society., Foeusing on the problems existing in the cultivation of stenography talents, it is put forward that stenography talents should obtain good psychological quality, muhidiseiplinary knowledge, rich social and life experiences, and some feasible suggestions are given on how to eultivate high-qualified stenography talents. It is believed that the cultivation of stenography talents should depend on the co-efforts of stenography staff and relative education administrative institutions.
