无溶剂固相一步合成四苯基卟啉

摘    要:以吡咯和苯甲醛为原料,酸性Al2O3作为催化剂和载体,无溶剂固相一步合成了四苯基卟啉(TPP),研究了研磨、光照、微波、传统加热4种方式对反应的影响。结果表明:收率都较低,但这种合成方法省时省力而且不再使用有机溶剂,满足了绿色化学的要求。

Abstract:Tetraphenylporphyrin is synthesized by the condensation of pyrrol and benzaldehyde with AL203 as catalysis and carrier in one solvent-free solid-state step. The influences of the grinding, irriadiation, microwave and traditional heating on the reaction are investigated. fluences are quite low. But this synthesis method saves chemistry without organic solvent. The results show that the yields of TPP under their intime and labor, moreover satisfies the request of green
