| 摘 要： | 通过一定的调查数据 ,系统地分析了当代大学毕业生就业行为意向与心态等相关问题 ,从总体上看 ,是积极、健康、向上的 ,有理想、有追求已成为当代大学毕业生的主体形象 ,但也存在着必须引起我们高度重视的若干现象。针对大学毕业生就业过程中存在的一些问题 ,提出了应对之策。
