Theory and Practice: A Systematic Study of Developing Modern Agriculture

Developing modern agruculture is both the rational option to solve problems of agriculture,rural areas and farmers in essence and the certain claim of implementing concept of scientific development and building new socialist countryside.Theoretically,modern agriculture is a relatively dynamic category,a developing process with innovation as well as a concept of practice and localization characterized by market orientation,industry integration,multifunction,resources intensivism,dynamic sustainment and environment friendliness.Practically,great efforts should be taken to construct ＂five proping systems＂,namely,the construction of capital prop,science and technology prop,organization prop,human capital prop and mechanism prop in oder to develop modern agriculture.
