| 摘 要： | 认真了解与梳理西方史学的反省精神,对史学史研究的开拓与创新具有重要的意义。如果追溯它的源头,西方史学的反省精神从古代就开始了。古希腊时代的希罗多德、修昔底德,在其叙述体的历史著作中,就显露端倪;其后,在希腊化时代的波里比阿那里,得到了延伸;在古罗马统治时期,更显光芒,卢奇安以其《论撰史》,回顾与总结了到他那个时代的西方史学,对史学反省发表了卓越的见解,它对于研究西方史学史之史,对于今天的史学研究工作都不乏现实意义。
