| 摘 要： | 目前，我国农村信用社效率低下已成为不争的事实。根据现代产权理论可知，产生这一问题的根源在于产权。我国农村信用社中存在着本该归社员所有的剩余权利被侵占的产权缺陷，正是这种缺陷通过组织目标及行为机制的传导，最终损害了信用社的效率。要提高农村信用社的效率，必须从理顺产权关系入手，真正按合作制原则重组信用社。

| Abstract: | It is indicated that the inefficiency of RCCs is very prevalent. Adopting the modem theory of property rights, the authors point out that the property rights of RCCs is truncated. And the truncation of property rights just causes the inefficiency of RCCs by the conduction of the goal and the behavioral mechanism of the organization. So the most fundamental measure to improve efficiency is to reengineer RCCs in light of the basic rules of cooperative institutions. |
