金融危机下中小企业建立技术创新体系对策分析

随着中国经济全球化程度的进一步提高，全球金融危机对中国经济的影响程度不断加深，对实力不强、以出口为导向的外向型中小企业的影响尤为严重。中小企业是我国经济的重要组成部分，建立技术创新体系是帮助中小企业渡过严冬的重要法宝。文章试图以全球经济环境及中小企业现状为切入点，通过构建中小企业技术创新系统的框架，指出技术创新对于中小企业的必要性、现实性并提出相关对策建议，帮助中小企业走出困境。

The Strategy for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises to Build Technological Innovation System under Financial Crisis

Along with the globalization of Chinese economy,the influence of the American financial crisis is unceasing deepen. The small and medium-sized enterprises which is poor and export orientation are hitted hardly. The small and medium-sized enterprises play an important role in economy. Building technological innovation system is an important weapon in helping them to go through this difficult period. This article trys to use the global economy environment and the current situation of the small and medium-sized enterprises as the point of penetration to point out that technological innovation is very important for these enterprises, and proposes measures to help them step out of dilemas.
