确立新的执政理念是提高执政能力的根本保证

确立新的执政理念是有效执政、长期执政的根本保证 ,是贯彻执政宗旨的基本要求 ,是完善执政方式、提高执政能力的客观需要。我们应坚持立党为公、执政为民的理念 ;坚持执政兴国的理念 ;坚持科学执政、民主执政、依法执政的理念 ;坚持求真务实、开拓创新、勤政高效、清正廉洁的理念。文章还提出了进一步加强党的执政理念建设的三方面措施。

Establishing New Principles of Governing Is the Guarantee of Improving the Ability to Govern

Establishing new principles of governing is the guarantee of effective and lasting rule. It is also the basic requirement for achieving the aims of ruling. We need new principles in perfecting our method of governing and improving our ability to rule. We should stick to the following principles: constructing the Party and remaining in power for the benefit of the people and for the prosperity of our nation; governing the people under the guidance of science, constitution and the concept of democracy; seeking truth; being practical, innovative, diligent and honest in performing our official duties. The author has also put forward measures in three aspects to enhance the principles of governing.
