| 摘 要： | 在高新技术竞争越发激烈的今天，创新型人才成为左右企业发展的关键因素。本文以中关村昌平因内企业为研究对象，通过对其创新人才数量、质量和人才需求状况的考查，从发挥产业集群优势，重视人才培养，完善产学联合机制三个方面提出了相关政策建议，旨在帮助园区改进创新人才管理工作。

Research of Innovative Human Resources in Changping Industrial Park |

| Abstract: | With the trend of competition in high tech, the human resources who have ability to make innovation will be more important for the enterprise. This study is based on the enterprise in Changping Industrial Park. Though the investigation about human resource who do innovation in the industrial park, we hope to give some advice which contain industrial cluster, HRD and the alliance between enterprise and university. |
