| 摘 要： | 目前我国农村法制建设的滞后致使农村的改革、发展与稳定缺乏系统、全面而又强有力的法律制度支撑，难以适应建设法治国家和构建和谐社会的迫切需要。完善我国农村法制建设的捷径之一就是根据自身存在的问题，持审慎态度，科学借鉴国外农村法制建设的成熟经验为我所用。本文在总结国外农村法制建设经验的基础上，结合我国农村法制建设存在的问题，从农村法制建设原则、路径选择、法律制度调整以及完善农村立法程序等方面提出了借鉴建议。
