新中国初期单科性工业学院教育现象研究——以北京钢铁学院(1952-1966年)为例(五)

北京钢铁学院是新中国初期成立的单科性工业学院的典型代表。文章从学科建设、人才培养、科学研究、师资队伍、校园文化五个方面总结了北京钢铁学院（1952-1966年）的教育现象、人才现象和文化现象。这些现象主要包括学科建设的“物理化学现象”，人才培养的“钢铁冶金现象”、“市长现象”、“中西部现象”、“体育代表队现象”，科学研究的“国家科技进步奖现象”、“1958现象”，师资队伍的“年级倒挂现象”、“学科倒挂现象”，校园文化的“舞会现象”、“赛诗现象”、“电影现象”等十二个现象，并对此产生原因作了相应分析。 

On the Phenomenon of Education of Single Industrial College at the Initial Stage of New China With Beijing Institute of Iron and Steel Technology (1952-1966) as an Example (V)

Beijing Institute of Iron and Steel Technology is a typical representative of the single industrial institutes at the initial stage of new China. The paper summarizes phenomena of education, talent and culture of Beijing Institute of Iron and Steel Technology （1952-1966） from five respects of subject construction, talent traning, scientific research, faculty and campus culture. There are 12 phenomena, which include “physical and chemical phenomena” in subject construction, “metallurgical phenomenon”, “mayor phenomenon”, “midwest phenomenon”, “sports team phenomenon” in talent training, “the national science and technology progress award phenomenon” and “1958 phenomenon” in scientific research, “grade inversion phenomenon” and “subject inversion phenomenon” in faculty, “ball phenomenon”, “poetry competition phenomenon” and “the film phenomenon” in campus culture.
