| Abstract: | three supervision" is one of the unsettled historical questions about early Zhou Dynasty. Answers vary about its supervisor, supervising area and supervising mode in academic circles. Based on related documents and literatures, this paper proves that the mode of "three supervision" is the committed members are entitled as governor to govern those three regions. The second granting in Zhou Dynasty was effective countermeasure against superpower of the three governors. |
