| 摘 要： | 中国诗学精神的诞生，大多脱离不了道家哲学的影响。道家虽本无意于今日所谓文学艺术，但其妙契艺境的思想观念却给后世的文艺家以无穷的启发。老庄哲学境域中的道器观、形神现、有无现，为中国文学艺术的审美趋向开拓了特有的思维方式，“无迹而神”的诗学形神观便是受惠于此种思维而逐渐培植起来的一种审美经验。
