摘    要:理论与实践关系问题是教师教育中一个长期悬而未解的问题。文章摒弃过去审视问题的一维 观,从理论与实践要素的结构、品质、文化联结以及不同层次的认识观出发,借鉴西方典型的融合型教师教育 模式的实施策略,提炼出理论融入实践、实践中提升理论以及文化联结和共同体构建的多维融合路径及具体 策略,以期推进这一难题的解决。

A study on Strategies of Constructing an Integrated Program of Teacher Education
Abstract:The problem of the relationship between theory and practice in teacher education has been a long standing problem that has not been properly resolved. An important reason is that we dispose this problem in an additional thinking of dichotomy. There are various factors which restrict the solution of this problem, including the ratio of the theory and practice courses, the structure of the theory and practice, their quality, cultural link between their users groups as well as the epistemological questions. The aim of this paper is to explore the strategies of constructing an integrated program of teacher education and offers reference and experience for improving the quality of teacher education programs.
