改革开放30多年来,高度重视和切实加强高校思想政治理论课教师队伍建设,是历次思想政 治理论课程改革的显著特点和重点。在新的历史条件下,马克思主义理论学科的发展和思想政治理论课课程 的改革,对教师队伍建设提出了新的要求。要使思想政治理论课成为大学生真心喜爱、终身受益、毕生难忘的 优质课程,必须通过思想政治理论课程教学过程和主要环节的改革和完善、提高马克思主义理论学科的科研 实力等途径,进一步促进思想政治理论课教师队伍的建设。

An Introduction to the Construction of Ideological and Political Course Teachers Since the Reform and Opening up

During the 30 years since the implementation of the reform and opening up policy, great importance has been attached to the conscientious strengthening of the teaching staff of ideological and political course and this has been the striking features and focal points of previous ideological and political course reforms. In the new historical conditions, the development of Marxism theory curriculum and the new ideological and political course reform proposes new requirements for the construction of ideological and political course teachers. In order to improve the quality of ideological and political course so that students will find interest, benefit and everlasting appeal in the course, some measures must be taken including the improvement of teaching procedures, enhancing research ability of Marxism theory and further promoting the construction of ideological and political course teacher group.
