| 摘 要： | 在分析全国高等教育发展态势的基础上,指出我国优质高等教育资源稀缺和一般高等教育资源过剩共存的状况,进而从改革发展战略思维出发,提出教育管理部门、高校和社会各个层面应保持清醒头脑,思考在合理进行高等教育资源优化和整合的同时,尝试建立高校联企转制(或转企改制)试点,实施新型的多元化教育产业化合作发展,以促进高等教育可持续健康发展.

| Abstract: | After analyzing the development tendency of national higher education in China, the paper stresses the coexis- tenee of excellent resources deficiency and common resources surplus in higher education. Innovation and strategies are pro- posed to encourage the administrative department,the school and all levels of the society to keep a clear rnind,to establish the pilot of school-enterprise cooperation besides the optimization and integration of higher educational resources, and to advocate diversified educational industry, in order to achieve the sustainable and healthy development of higher education. |
