| 摘 要： | 针对闽台地区高职教育发展的实际情况,从福建海西经济建设的人才需求出发,结合其所行的“校校企”闽台高职人才培养改革试点项目的进展,分别对其社会背景、政策制度、合作动机等不同方面的影响因素进行分析,并立足于理顺项目三方主体间的关系,就推进“校校企”闽台高校联合培养人才项目建设提出相应的建议.

| Abstract: | Based on the real development of higher vocational education in Fujian and Tainwan, according to the talent need in Haixi economic zone in Fujian, the paper analyzes the influencing factors as social background, policy system and cooperative motivations in the real progress of School-School-Enterprise talent training pilot project. Corresponding suggestions are proposed to advocate the joint project by ra- tionalizing the three parties＇ relationship. |
