高职院校环境隐性育人功能探讨

摘    要:随着我国高教大众化进程的进一步推进以及高职院校在校生规模的不断扩大,高职院校学生的思想观念日益复杂,传统的高职院校学生管理工作方式面临严峻的挑战.从营造柔性管理体制的自由环境、营造师生关系的民主环境和营造校园文化的开放环境三方面,全面分析了环境的隐性育人功能.高职院校应注重发挥环境的隐性育人功能,开创学生管理工作新局面.

Abstract:Along with the advancement of popular higher education in our country,the enrollment number is increasing constantly.In such a context,the students mind is becoming increasingly complex,which challenges the traditional ways of college student management.This paper analyzes the implicit educational function of college campus environment in promoting the comprehensive development of students and ushering in a new stage of student management.The analysis focuses on the following three aspects: the forming of a liberal atmosphere of flexible management,a democratic atmosphere of teacher-student relationship and an open campus environment.
