| 摘 要： | 在推进教学管理过程中,高校教务管理部门不但要协调好师生教与学之间存在的各种矛盾,而且要协调好其他部门工作,使其更好地为教学服好,以保证学校既定教学目标的实现.针对高校教学管理中存在的问题,对强化教务管理提高教学质量工作的必要性进行了论述,并从推进教务管理的科学化和现代化,培养良好的心理承受能力和合作意识,以及提高管理队伍素质三方面对高校改进和强化教务管理的策略进行了探讨.

| Abstract: | When promoting the teaching management,Office of Academic Affairs should balance not only the contradiction between teacher＇s teaching and students＇ learning, but various offices to achieve the ex- pected teaching goals. Referring to the problems in teaching management, the necessity of reinforcing edu- cational administration and improving teaching quality is elaborated. Strategies are proposed from three as- pects as the scientific and modernized educational administration, the development of good mental resili- ence and cooperation awareness, and the improvement of team quality in management. |
