| 摘 要： | “90后”大学生现已逐渐成为大学校园的主体人群,这一群体存在着平等自主意识强、集体观念弱,价值取向功利化、理想信仰缺失,善于接受新事物、但抗挫力弱等特征,这对高校思想政治教育工作提出严重挑战.对“90后”大学生的思想政治教育必须坚持以人为本、改变教育模式,充分发挥校园文化的作用,主动占领学生思想政治教育的主阵地,增强教育的实效性.

| Abstract: | Post-90s university students have gradually become the majority on campus. They have strong sense of liberty and equality, weak collectivism, pragmatic value, lacking in faith and ideals, easy to accept new ideas but fear to face frustration. These characteristics bring severe challenges to ideological and polit- ical education. The effectiveness of education lies in human-orientation, transformation of education, full function of campus culture and the initiative teaching. |
