| 摘 要： | 以国家示范性高职院校广州番禺职业技术学院校园电视台为案例,探索基于个性发展的高技能人才培养理念。启迪学生的非智力因素,促进其人格完善。开创职业道德与综合素质的教育平台。构建文化育人与个性发展的多维平台,自我教育的兴趣生长天地,多专业优势的有效互渗,三大课堂的有机整合。
