摘    要:
信用卡交易纠纷源于信息不对称。我国商业银行在信用卡交易纠纷中长期角色缺失的状况,影响了信用卡行业的健康发展。本文试图结合博弈论、产业结构理论、信息经济理论等经济学观点,浅谈我国商业银行在信用卡交易纠纷中的角色定位问题。

Abstract:
Asymmetrical information is the orgin of credit card transaction dispute. The long-time deficiency of the commercial banks' role in the credit card transaction dispute affects the healthy development of credit card business. This paper discusses the role of commercial banks in China,by use of game theory,industrial structure theory,information economics theory,reputation theory and taking into consideration the risk management of credit card fraud.
