| 摘 要： | 信息时代对企业管理和人力资源管理提出了新的挑战。现代高校科技产业人力资源管理由于历史的原因更具特殊性。因此,改革过去传统的人事管理模式,建立适应高校科技产业发展的人力资源管理机制已迫在眉睫。而其中的关键和难点,在于逐步开发和建立基于现代信息技术的高校科技产业人力资源管理信息系统,从而实现高校科技产业人力资源管理信息化。

| Abstract: | Coming with the Internet,the humanity has entered the information era. Business and Human Resource Management (HRM) is in face of new challenges.Because of some historical reasons, there is something special in the HRM of modern colleges' industries. It's urgent to establish a new HRM system instead of the traditional one. The most important and difficult thing is to develop a Human Resource Information Management System step by step for the industries,which is based on modern information technologies, and realize the HRM in formalization in industries of colleges. |
