| 摘 要： | 农民收入差距过大已成为我国农村社会生活中一个十分突出的问题。从调查情况来看 ,引起农民收入差异的原因既有农户内部因素 (如劳动力因素、经营者的文化素质、家庭经营结构等 ) ,又有外部因素 (如价格因素、税收、集体经济提留、区域性因素、转移收入等 )。对于目前较大的农民收入差距 ,应采取公平倾斜的农村政策。 |

| Abstract: | The large difference of peasants income has become a prominent problem.The reasons that cause the difference of peasants income are not only internal factors (for example:laborer factor,cultural quality of farmers,the management structure of household etc.),but also the external factors (for example:price factor,tax,the remain of collective economy,regional factor and income shiftting etc.).For the large difference level of farmers income,we ought to take an equitable rural policy. |
