| Abstract: | Independent recruitment is one of the major measures taken by universities to achieve administrative independence. This procedure enhances the quality-oriented education and widens the channels for recruiting excellent students. Therefore, self-discipline from universities and supervision from society are two prerequisites for guaranteeing fairness, justness and openness in the whole process of independent recruitment. |
