突破传统观念构建新型的高校后勤保障体系

高校后勤社会化是一个复杂的系统工程。本文认为要实现国务院提出的三年基本实现高校后勤社会化的目标 ,必须真正突破传统观念 ,从有利于社会经济和高等教育发展的高度 ,将高校后勤放到社会大系统中去认识后勤社会化的必要性和可能性。在此基础上 ,本文试就构建新型的具有中国特色的后勤保障体系提出一些想法

Make a Break-through in the Conventional Conception to Build up New Patterns of Logistics Guarantee System in Institutions of Higher Education

The socialization of logistics in institutions of higher education is a complicated systematic project. To obtain the goal of realizing the socialization of logistics in institutions of higher education within 3 years, which was raised by the State Council, the author considers it essential to have a true break through in the conventional conception and have a good understanding that it is necessary and possible to consider the socialization of logistics in institutions of higher education as part of the whole social activity, taking into consideration the point of view that this activity will be advantageous to the social economy as well as to the progress of higher education. Based on this, the author tries to put forward some novel ideas to build up a novel logistics guarantee system with Chinese characteristics.
