| Abstract: | Concurrent demur is a usual defense claimed by parties in bilateral concurrent contracts. It is designed to prompt parties to such a full fulfillment of contract to protect them from detriment caused by frustration. Contract Law in our country has defined this institution. This paper is aimed to explore this institution through combination of foreign legislation,and arguments with our legislation. |
