摘    要:在动态竞争环境下,企业获取竞争优势的基本模式是针对外部环境对自身的资源、能力进行积累和建设,以适应市场的快速变化,可持续地获取一系列短暂的竞争优势。通过对传统竞争优势理论总结和比较,发现市场机遇、产品、资源、企业家才能和资源交换是企业在动态环境下获得竞争优势的五个关键要素。据此构建动态竞争优势的转化模型,阐述企业应结合外部市场的动态变化对内部核心资源不断地进行评估和识别,对于缺失的资源可以通过与外界的重新配置来获得,以维持企业的持久竞争优势。

Abstract:Under the circumstance of dynamic competition,the fundamental model of acquiring competitive advantage is to win a series of short-term,sustainable competitive advantages through accumulating resources and abilities aimed to external environment.Through summarizing and analyzing the traditional competition advantage theory,we find that market opportunity,product,resource,entrepreneurship and exchange of resource are key factors to obtain competitive advantages,and accordingly we establish a systemic model of gaining dynamic competition advantages.Companies should distinguish and evaluate internal resources to maintain competition advantages.
