| 摘 要： | 子项目合同管理是路桥施工项目实施成本控制的主要方式,文章总结了某高速公路某合同段子项目合同管理在成本控制中应用的经验,通过建立子项目合同管理体系,进而构建子项目合同成本控制体系,并对子项目合同管理在成本控制中的做法及其实施效果进行了探讨,从而保证施工项目成本置于有效控制之中。

| Abstract: | The subproject contract management is the primary mode of highway bridge construction project in cost control.This article summarizes some application experiences of cost control in a certain highway project by establishing subproject contract system.It then conceives the cost control system in subproject contract and carries on a discussion of cost control policies and the effects their implementation in the subproject contract management so as to bring the project cost under effective control |
