| 摘 要： | “礼”是古人取法天地而创设的一套理想的人间秩序,它代表了古代中国人对和谐精神的追求。礼对中国传统法律的影响是显而易见的,对秩序与和谐的追求,构成了中国传统法律的一个基本特征。因而,我们对礼的研究,有助于我们全面理解中国的传统法律文化。
