| Abstract: | The paper introduces the present situation of property management in universities,sums up some problems existing in the process of managing university properly and also puts forward some practical measures for improvement. Therefore,the paper is of vital significance for improving property management levels,avoiding the loss of national assets and heightening the economic and social influence of property management in universities. |
