| 摘 要： | 目的探讨非典型心肌梗死在心电图中的表现及临床意义。方法随机抽取我院2006年1月至2008年1月门诊确诊的急性心肌梗死患者57例,对其临床资料及心电图表现进行探讨。结果 57例急性心肌梗死患者,出现非典型心电图形态20例,占35.08%。结论熟悉并掌握非典型心肌梗死的心电图形态改变对急性心肌梗死的诊断治疗及预后至关重要,防止出现误诊、漏诊现象,为临床提供准确的诊疗依据。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the reflection and significance of atypical acute myocardial infarction.Methods:57 patients diagnosed as acute myocardial infarction from January 2006 to January 2008 were randomly chosen,and their clinical data and ECG were analyzed.Results:20 ones among 57 patients showed the elevated ECG pattern,with the rate of 35.08%.Conclusion:It is crucial to know well the change of ECG pattern of atypical myocardial infarction for the diagnosis and treatment of acute myocardial infarction,which ... |
