摘    要:介绍了基于MCGS的智能仪表液位控制系统组成和控制算法。以THJ-3高级过程控制实验装置为基础,构成了以中水箱液位为副控变量、下水箱液位为主控变量串级控制系统。系统采用AI智能调节仪并运用PID控制算法在组态软件MCGS中进行了实验测试,结果表明该系统可实现数据采集、动态数据显示和现场设备的实时监控,调试和运行。实现了对过程参数的无稳态误差控制,具有良好的稳态性能和动态性能。

Abstract:The paper described the liquid level control system components and control algorithms of intelligent instrument based on MCGS. Taking the water tank level control variables as deputy and under the tank water as the main control variable tandem control system were built based on the THJ-3 Advanced process control device. This system was carried out experiments in the configuration software MCGS by using AI intelligent regulator and PID control algorithms. The results show that the system can realize data acquisition, dynamic data display and real-time monitoring of field equipment, debugging and running. The process parameters achieve a steady-state error-free control with good steady state performance and dynamic performance.
